Oluwatosin Ajayi was born in 1993, the son of a military officer and a trader mother. He grew up in the neighbourhood of kaduna state northern Nigeria.And later moved to Lagos due to the nature of his fathers job. His parents saw that he received a primary education at Military primary school,ojo military cantonment and attended Command day secondary school ojo.
Doray fell in love with music from a very tender age,he started by miming songs of known artiste.... he started music professionally after his secondary school education.

Currently signed to Red Noize Entertainment the Lagos based Afro pop/ rnb artiste has recorded over 18 songs under his Label, his latest debut single TELEMI LO in which he featured Singer SOLID STAR, is a club banger and have been getting massive air play in radio stations across the country.. The Video was currently shot in Lagos by Aje Film works.. he has worked with fellow young singer Korede bello in another of his song JUST BELIEVE... Currently promoting his recent club banger titled BOBO ME which currently is gaining massive air play in radios station and clubs across the federation.
